Heavy Duty Sliding Screen Door Kit
Our deluxe Sliding Screen Door kit is constructed of sturdy, durable, heavy-duty extruded aluminum that works well in high traffic residential or commercial environments.
Now you can have your sliding screen doors sized YOUR way! Our replacement sliding screen door kits have been popular since we introduced them in 2005, but many of you wrote to say that YOUR door is a different size than the "standard size" patio screen doors that we were offering. We listened, re-tooled, re-supplied, re-trained and are now proud to offer you a cost effective, heavy-duty aluminum sliding screen door in widths ranging from 22-64 inches and heights ranging from 72-95 inches. Now you can have your patio screen door built to size within the above width and height ranges.
DOOR SIZE
If your old patio door screen is available, simply measure the length and width and give us those measurements.
If your sliding door screens have been destroyed or are missing, determine WIDTH by measuring from inside of side jamb to center of stile on opposite side, just short of where the stationary glass begins. For HEIGHT, measure from the top of the bottom track into the top U-Channel about 3/8 inch. Check your height measurements in 3 places (both ends and the center) and use the smallest of the 3 measurements. Verify all measurements before submitting.
The above measuring guide is intended to assist you with a good fit of your sliding screen door, but all final measurements will be your responsibility. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom cut doors. Measure twice!
TIP: If your patio screen door is missing and you live in a subdivision, there's a good chance that one of your neighbors has one the same size as yours. Simply borrow that door and try it in your door opening. If it works, then just use those measurements to order your new door.
NOTE: These Sliding Patio Screen Doors are intended to be replacements for damaged or missing units. They do not include the track or framing that the doors slide in. If your current patio screen door is a "hanging" door (one where the wheels are located inside an upper track and the door hangs down on lower guides), our replacement doors will not work in these situations without modifications. We recommend that you contact the original manufacturer for a replacement door, or if possible install new top and base tracks and then install one of our replacement screen doors.

This sliding door screen is cut to the sizes you specify. All hardware is installed, including the handle and rollers. The fiberglass screen wire is included. You simply assemble the door by using the provided corner inserts and then roll in the screen mesh. Instructions and spline tool are included.
